Veterinary Referral

We are passionate about bringing the benefits of rehabilitation to our animal companions. There is nothing better than watching a pet get back to the things they love to do. Dr. Erica Kirsch holds her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey and has gone through additional training with the Canine Rehab Institute to be certified to treat animals. She has been practicing on animals exclusively since 2017.

We want to provide high quality rehab services, while allowing you to be in charge of your patient’s medical care. As a team we can provide the best care possible for our patients. We value communication, and will communicate regularly with referring veterinarians regarding medical records, progress updates, or medical concerns. We can also be a valuable tool for reminding patients to get back to their vet for wellness exams, recheck bloodwork, or needed diagnostics.

We require a referral from a veterinarian with an established veterinarian-client-patient relationship and a medical diagnosis before any patient is seen for rehab. This ensures patient safety and collaboration between us and the referring veterinarian. You can use the forms below to refer a patient for rehab.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
